Northgate Heights 292 Unit Residential Appartments
Northgate Heights is a 292 Unit Residential development in Northrand Gauteng. The challenge was to fit 98 units/1ha on a site with strict height restrictions and allow enough space for roads parking & green areas. Success… The development also contains a communal gym, restaurant and clubhouse. I was responsible for the full project from concept to construction drawings under the employment of Richter & Associates Architects.
Kempton Corner - Retail & Residential apartments
An existing dilapidated Shopping Centre in Kempton Park, South Africa.
My task was to Design the revamp of the building into a Mixed-Use Retail/Residential building, as there was a bigger need for Residential in the area and the two components would keep each-other adrift.
The Hills Nature Reserve/Golf Estate - Show-House
This Project was designed to be a Show-House for marketing purposes for The Hills Nature Reserve/Golf Estate.
I have taken the project over from initial Concept, worked through further Concept Design, Design Development, up to final construction drawings.
Wingate Park Gym & Restaurant Take-Away
A main building designed with the main purpose being a gym and an additional Take-away Restaurant building.
I was involved in the Concept Design and Design Development and Preparation for Municipal approval.

Double storey, 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, House with a Double Garage and a Covered Patio.
I have been involved in this project from Concept through all HOA & Municipal plan approvals, and sign-off.
